COOKING COURSE at the Lodge: A WORKSHOP OF TASTES

Come and learn the refined culinary art of Laos !

The “Workshop of Tastes” is conducted by our chef who will first accompany you to the traditional market at Oudom Xai, and then will reveal the secrets of Lao cuisine in the kitchen at Muang La Resort. You will learn about the local spices, aromatic herbs and locally grown vegetables and how they are combined in traditional recipes. 

In a friendly atmosphere, a world of scents and colours is revealed, culminating in the tasting of the dishes that you have prepared.
